Bedtime Yoga with Mia – August 8th
Do you have trouble falling asleep? Do you wake up all night long? Doing yoga before bedtime may be JUST what you need! Often we have trouble falling asleep because we’re stressed, worried, and anxious and in turn, not getting a good night’s sleep makes us even more stressed the next day. Sleep deprivation is a major source of stress in U.S. adults.
In this class you will learn 8 yoga poses that will lower stress levels, calm the mind and relieve tension in the body. We will spend the first part of this class learning poses that are
helpful in combating restlessness and insomnia. You will take a handout home with you with these poses. The last part of class we will do a sequence of the poses and experience their calming qualities. You will leave armed with a list of poses to create your own soothing practice at night, at home, before bedtime. Establishing a relaxing bedtime routine can be an effective natural sleep remedy.
Time: 6:00-7:30 PM
Price: $20 if registered by August 4th; $25 after

You pick the date (Friday or Saturday late afternoon/early evening), get your girls and Mia will design a special fun-filled class just for you and your friends. BYOB (and yoga mat).
