Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing practice. It works deep into the connective tissues to activate change at that deepest level. With passive (rather than active) postures, it challenges you to find peace in what may be a slightly uncomfortable position and hold that position for 3 to 5 minutes, or even longer. Done mostly on the floor, the postures increase flexibility as well as increase a deeper level of inner awareness.**all levels | beginner friendly**
